We make this entire process SIMPLE for you, with no fine print or confusing processes to go through.  Simply visit our contact page to locate our return mailing address and mail us back the products you wish to return, with a maximum of 1 opened product type per return (1 oil, 1 topical, etc.). If you purchase multiple quantities of the same product type, we will only issue a refund or credit for up to a single "open/used" quantity of the product.  You may receive a full refund for as many unopened products as you wish to return.  Refunds are issued for the price paid by the customer directly to the payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase.  No restocking fees and no RMA #’s are required.  You do not need to contact us.  Simply send your products back to us as outlined above (please include your order #) and we will refund your purchase price in full.
